Design Services

NX Tool Design specializes in the design of progressive, transfer and single station stamping dies. We also provide designs for prototype tooling, gages, jigs, weld fixtures, and assembly machinery. We provide designs in native 3D Unigraphics or 2d dwg files. In the following manners:

• 3D Unigraphics designs with all components fully modeled with a complete stock list. 2D prints for each component can also be provided.
• 2D DWG only that includes plan views, section views, and a complete stock list.
  2D prints for each component with 3D files for all components that require it

Full size and 11 x 17 plots are available upon request. We can review designs at our place or our customers place of business. If travel is not possible then we can review via a web conferencing tool such as GoToMeeting.
